It is the intent of the Colleton County School District to solicit fixed price bids from qualified vendors to provide roofing maintenance and minor roofing repair services within the District in accordance with all requirements stated herein. These specifications cover professional services to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, training, technical support, supplies and equipment necessary to provide the services requested.
