Roofing Repairs for Traffic Engineering Facility

Description

The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for roofing repair services for the City’s Traffic Engineering (TE) Facility. The TE facility - located at 26 Woods Lake Road ? includes two buildings, a main office building and a separate warehouse building. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install a new 60-mil TPO Membrane Roof System over the existing metal roofs of both buildings. The work includes preparation, insulation, membrane installation, flashing, edge metal, and drainage components.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. EST, October 1, 2025. The meeting location will be at the City’s Traffic Engineering facility, located at 26 Woods Lake Road, Greenville, SC 29607.

Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. ET, October 22, 2025. Promptly thereafter, via Microsoft Teams teleconference, all bids that have been duly received will be opened and read aloud. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., October 8, 2025.
