The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids from qualified Contractors to repair and restore approximately 90,000 square feet of existing modified bitumen membrane roof and TPO flat roof sections at the Pamunkey Regional Jail (PRJ). The restoration shall be completed with a Polyurea coating system to provide a seamless, durable, and watertight roof surface.
