Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to secure pricing and establish a term contract with an experienced and qualified Roofing Contractor to provide services for the Rehabilitation/Replacement and Repair of deteriorated roof systems, including primary and secondary structural member replacement and all incidentals in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein.
