Roofing - Fire Stations #4, #8, #9, #10, #13 & #14

The Walton County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed proposals for roofing services for the Walton Co. Fire Stations #4, # 8, #9, #10, #13 & #14, located at (#4) 1420 HD Atha Rd. Monroe, GA. 30655, (#8) 4185 Bold Springs Rd. Monroe, GA 30656, (#9) 2126 Mount Vernon Rd. Monroe, GA 30656, (#10) 1645 Jersey Social Circle Rd. Jersey, GA 30014, (#13) 5300 Guthrie Rd. Loganville, GA 30052 and (#14) 1760 Bold Springs Rd Monroe, GA 30656.

Proposals will be accepted at the Historic Walton Co. Courthouse, 111 S. Broad Street, Monroe, Georgia 30655 until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 25, 2025. A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visits, for each site, will be held beginning at site #9, 2126 Mount Vernon Rd. Monroe, GA 30656, at 8:30 a.m., Thursday, February 13, 2025. Anyone wishing to submit a proposal must be present at each site visit.

A bid bond or certified cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total proposal amount is to be enclosed with the proposal at the time of submittal. Both a Performance and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. Proof of General Liability Insurance and Workman¿s Compensation Insurance will be required with the Walton County Board of Commissioners named as additional insured. Proposers must submit with the proposal a Contractor Affidavit verifying compliance with the Federal Work Authorization Program known as E-Verify. This form must be notarized.
