Description
The Town of Edgefield is accepting sealed bids for the removal and replacement of the asphalt shingles on the Town's Municipal Building (two-story structure) approximately (5,000SF) and the Police Department (One-story structure, approximately 5,000 sf). Shingles shall be replaces with a 30-year architectural shingle. This will also require the removal of the cupulas that currently sit on the buildings and replacement of the sheathing prior to replacing the shingles.
Sealed bids shall be submitted to Summer Brown located at 400 Main Street, Edgefield, SC 29824 Please contact Town Hall at 803-637-4014 for further information.
