Roofed Heavy Use Area and Manure Stacking Building

Project Description: Seeking general contractors to bid on the construction of a Roofed Animal Heavy Use Area and Manure Storage (AHUA/MS). This project will entail construction from contractors such as excavation, concrete, and building.
Proposal Documents can be obtained at no cost on PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/. Bids must be submitted electronically via PennBid. Questions regarding this project shall be submitted electronically via the “Ask a Question” feature in PennBid. Responses to questions which require an addenda or changes to the Bidding Documents will be issued via a Public Notice and posted on PennBid. Bidders who have registered with and downloaded documents for this project from PennBid will be notified by email when a change or addenda has been posted.
Proposals must be submitted on forms furnished in the bid package. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid amount made payable to the Venango Conservation District.
