INVITATION TO BID
ROOF SYSTEM REPLACEMENT & REPAIRS
HISTORIC CASEY HOUSE
1500 ARENA DRIVE
MOUNTAIN HOME, ARKANSAS
Bid Opening Date: 1:30 p.m., Thursday, December 4, 2025 at the Baxter County Courthouse, 1 East 7th Street, Suite 303, Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 20, 2025 at the project site located at 1500 Arena Drive, Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Bid Documents are available at the office of the Architect: Clements & Associates/Architecture, Inc., 507 Main Street, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72114; 501-375-3380. Prime Contractors may receive up to one (1) copy of pdf of the bid documents. Bid Security in the amount of 5% percent of the Base Proposal must accompany each proposal as described in the “Instructions to Bidders.” Neither the Owner nor Architect assumes responsibility for errors in bidding or misinterpretations of Bid Documents resulting from use of incomplete sets of Bid Documents. The documents obtained through the Architect are considered the official version and take precedence if any discrepancies occur. The use of incomplete or inaccurate Bid Documents does not relieve the bidder of the obligation to perform all work related to his bid as detailed in a complete set of Bid Documents.
All bids must be received at Baxter County Courthouse at 1 East 7th Street, Mountain Home, Arkansas, no later than 1:30 p.m., Thursday, December 4, 2025, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.
The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or information in any bid, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of the County. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked.
