Roof & Sunshade Replacement-Research Buildings II-III-IV and Partners Building III

Project Description: This project includes the replacement of aging roofs on Research Buildings II, III and IV. The project also includes the replacement and repair of the existing sunshades on Partners III. Research Building II was completed in 1991 and is located on Centennial Campus. The roof size is approximately 15,000 sf. Research Building III was completed in 1994 and is located on Centennial Campus. The roof size is approximately 10,000 sf. Research IV was completed in 1996 and is located on Centennial Campus. The roof is approximately 34,000 sf. Partners III was completed in 2004 and is located on Centennial Campus. Current project authority is for advance planning only but the selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the university's option. Project Budget & Design Scope: The budget of $2,500,000 incorporates design and construction.
