This project includes the removal and replacement of the roofs for Bell Hall, Ray
Morris Hall, the Maintenance Office Building, and all related work. Bell Hall will
require replacement of approximately 4000 square feet of EPDM and 39,700 square feet
of shingles. Ray Morris Hall will require replacement of approximately 5,500 square
feet of EPDM and 24,990 sq ft of shingles. The Maintenance Office Building will require
approximately 3,362 of EPDM and 5150 square feet of ballasted EPDM.
