Roof Replacement of City Wide Roofs

The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to replace the roofs of various city buildings, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.

The Solicitation includes the following roofs to be replaced:

- Rose G Price Park | 901 NW 208th Ave, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029

- R&R Village | 1461 SW 81st Ave, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024

- West Campus Building I | 18501 Pembroke Rd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029

- Central Campus Building Y | 12350 Sheridan St, Pembroke Pines, FL 33026

- FSU Building C | 601 SW 172nd Ave, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029
