Roof Replacement for the Mercer County Courthouse Phase Two

The County of Mercer requests bids for the roofing removal and replacement of roof areas #1B, 1C, 3 and 5 with single ply EPDM roofing membrane, retro-fit roof drains and new roof drains, pre-finished aluminum metal edge, fascia extenders, masonry repointing, FRP door, door hardware and aluminum door frame, roof penetrations flashing, roof opening infill and all associated work at 209 South Broad Street, Trenton, NJ 08608.
