Roof Replacement for the Mercer County Hopewell Library

The County of Mercer is requesting bids for the roof replacement at the Hopewell Library located at 245 Pennington-Titusville Road in Pennington, Mercer County, New Jersey complete as specified within these Contract Documents and shown on the Drawings entitled, “Hopewell Library Roof Replacement,Contract No. 2024-1” prepared by Richard A. Alaimo Associates, and consisting of five (5) drawings as listed at the end of this Statement of Work. The Drawings are appended to these Specifications. Pre-Bid Conference: November 18, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at the Mercer County Hopewell Library, the pre-bid conference is not a mandatory requirement but it is strongly encouraged.
