Roof Replacement for Deep Cove Canoe & Kayak

The Work of this project will be performed under a CCDC 2 - 2020 Stipulated Price
Contract and as amended by the District’s CCDC 2 - 2020 Supplementary Conditions.
An overview of the Work of this ITT is as follows:
The Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following:
2.2.1 It is the Contractors responsibility to provide all labour, material, equipment and
supervision to complete the work outlined in this specification taking into account
all site conditions, noise restriction, work area restrictions, protection
requirements, accessibility restrictions, etc. No extras will be entertained for
inconveniences after the award of this Contract.
2.2.2 Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform the Work
including, but not necessarily limited to the following:
.1 Roof Replacement on designated roof areas at Deep Cove Canoe and Kayak
Centre, located at 2156 Banbury Road, North Vancouver, BC, V7J2T1.
.2 On Roof Area 1.1: Price to remove existing cedar shakes and 15lb felt
underlayment down to existing 2’x4” wood strapping and install new 13mm
(1/2”) plywood sheathing, shingle underlayment and new fibreglass asphalt
shingles in accordance with Section 07 31 13 Fibreglass Asphalt Shingles.
