Request for Sealed Bids for Bridge Park Apartments

Please submit sealed bids to Caroline Moe, Executive Director, Cambridge Economic Development Authority at Cambridge City Hall—300 Third Avenue NE, Cambridge, MN 55008 no later than 10:00 am February 11, 2025.  A public bid opening will take place at 10:00 am on February 11.

Summary of Scope of Work:

Replace roof at Bridge Park Apartments located at 121 South Fern Street, Cambridge, MN.

Detailed plans and specifications are available from William Waugh, Project Engineer for RSI Building Envelope by emailing him at billw@roofspec.com or calling him at 651-639-0644.

A guided tour of the existing building will be conducted at 10:00 am on January 29, 2025.  The tour is encouraged but not required.

All questions arising from the tour must be submitted by February 4, 2025, at 2:00 pm.

Project is funded in part from US Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Davis-Bacon requirements apply for this project.

Details of required bid and performance bond are available in the detailed plans and specifications.

Bids received are expected to be awarded by the building owner, the Cambridge Economic Development Authority at its meeting at 5:45 pm on February 18, 2025.
