2025 ROOF REPLACEMENT & FALL PROTECTION

This project is being professionally managed on behalf of Conseil des Ecoles Fransaskoises by RMIS.

The Project entails the removal and replacement of three (3) sections of low slope membrane roofing and replacement with a new modified bitumen membrane roofing system totaling roughly 4,275 square feet (399 sq m). Associated work includes the temporary removal and subsequent reinstallation of roof top mounted equipment and gas lines. Metal flashing and trim is included in the project scope.

Bidders must be qualified to perform the work. The successful bidder must be a certified applicator with an approved manufacturer.

Closing Date: JUNE 26th, 2025, 2:00 p.m. Local Saskatchewan Time; Bids turned in after this time will not be accepted.

Hard copies of bids will not be accepted. Contractors are not to attend RMIS Engineering offices at this time. RMIS cannot accept emails larger than 20MB in size. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure the bid has been received. If necessary, send documents through a Dropbox link, or other comparable service.
