Roof Replacement Cabins 6 & 7 - Mills Norrie State Park

NY State Parks (Taconic Region) is seeking best and final quotes for the removal and replacement of roofs on cabins 6 & 7 located in Mills Norrie State Park in Staatsburg, NY.

Roofs are 480 sq ft. each, pitch 7.0.

Remove entire roof and replace with new sheathing (5/8” plywood), tar paper, ice and water shield, asphalt shingles, and drip edge.

Shingle color - Charcoal / black.

Drip edge color - match trim.

Includes removal and haul-away of old roofing materials.

Negative ACM.

Work to begin on or after 10/20/2025. Work to be completed during normal business hours. M-F 8:AM-5PM.

Includes haul-away of all old material.
