Roof Replacement at the West Gloucester Water Treatment Plant

The City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #25121, for the replacement of the roof at the West Gloucester Water Treatment Plant. DCAMM Certified Contractors are sought for the following category: “Roofing”. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. Bids will be due and opened electronically on Thur., March 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct. https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma . Bids will be available on Feb. 12, 2025 at bidnet direct. There will be a pre-bid meeting on Feb. 19, 2025 @ 9:00 am at 372 Magnolia Ave Gloucester, MA 01930.   The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City.  The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
