Roof Replacement at 50 Nye Road

The Town of Glastonbury (the “Town”) is requesting proposals from licensed, qualified general contractors for roof replacement at 50 NYE ROAD Building, (the “Project”) located at 50 Nye Road, Glastonbury, CT 06033 (the “Premises”). Submitted bids at: https://glastonburyct.bonfirehub.com/ under the BID title “GL-2025-18- Roof Replacement at 50 Nye Road”. Bids for the Project shall be submitted no later than 11AM. on Dec 17, 2024. No late bids will be accepted. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 50 Nye Road, Glastonbury, CT 06033 on Dec 3, 2024 at 10AM. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid except as otherwise expressly provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% Labor and Material Payment Bonds and 100% Performance Bond in the full amount contract price. The project is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”).
