This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements. Bidders must hold a current DAS Prequalification Certificate for ROOFING and submit a copy of DAS Prequalification Certificate & Update (Bid) Statement with Bids pursuant to CGS §4b-91. Bid Deposit: 5% Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: June 6, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Meet at the Lobby of Davenport Ridge Elementary School, located at 1300 Newfield Ave, Stamford CT 06905.
