Roof Replacement

Qualified bidders are invited to submit sealed bids for construction services for the Roof Replacement Project at YWCA Hartford Region 135 Broad St. Hartford, CT. The Project consists of a new membrane roof and the replacement of skylights to be installed on the existing flat roof of the two-story office building. The eight-story residential tower is not included in this bid. Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment necessary to complete the installation of the new roofing system.
