Roof Replacement

OFFICIAL NOTICE

The City of Tomball, Harris County, Texas is accepting sealed bids for a roof replacement for City Hall and the Police Department.

Sealed bids shall be addressed to Project Manager, City of Tomball, 501 James Street, Tomball, Texas 77375 and shall be labeled “CSB Number 2025-11 – “Roof Replacement”, “DO NOT OPEN”.  Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, April 3, 2025.

A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. Interested companies that would like to visually inspect the project shall contract the Project Assistant to schedule a time for a walkthrough.

Upon consideration of the qualifications submitted, the City of Tomball reserves the right to accept or to reject any submittal, to waive technicalities and to make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the bidder’s ability to provide the service(s) required and covered by the specifications, and to accept what in its judgment is the most advantageous bid.

During the period between the Notice to Bidders, submission date, and the contract award, respondents including their agents and/or representatives/owners, shall not directly or indirectly promote their proposal or bid to any member of the Tomball City Council or City staff except in the course of City-sponsored inquires, briefings, interviews, and/or presentations requests.  Violation of this provision may result in the rejection of the respondent’s Proposal submittal.
