TO BID RE-BID OF BID NO. 2026-01

BOYS & GIRLS CLUB

The City of Malvern, Arkansas, will receive sealed bids for Roof Repair- Boys & Girls Club Roof, located at 1840 W. Moline Street, Malvern, Arkansas, until 10:30 a.m., Thursday, May 21, 2026, at the Office of the City Clerk/Treasurer, 120 West Third Street, Malvern, Arkansas 72104.

Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the same location immediately following the stated time.

The project consists generally of roof repair, including removal of damaged roofing materials and installation of roofing membrane, insulation, flashing, fascia, soffit, gutters, and related repairs.

The Invitation to Bid packet contains all submission requirements, including required enclosures, contractor licensing, insurance, and bid bond requirements and scope of work. The outside of the sealed envelope must be clearly marked as specified in the bid packet. Bids submitted without all the required documents, as identified in the Invitation to Bid packet, will be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding process. Bids may be held for up to ninety (90) days following bid opening.
