Description

This is a solicitation to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and transportation needed to complete the roof repair for the USDA ARS in Athens, GA.



All work shall be done in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions, drawings, statement of work (SOW) and other attachments set forth in the RFQ.



IAW FAR 36.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.



Completion shall be 90 days after notice to proceed which will be issued after receipt of bonds which are due within 10 days after award.



Dept. of Labor General Decision #GA20250321 dated 08/08/2025 is applicable to this contract.



This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 238160.
