This notice is prepared IAW RFO FAR 5.1 and 12.201-1(c)(2).
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.
The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from vendors IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price supply contract to purchase roof repair services at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base, Fort Worth, Texas. The anticipated award date is on or about 1 June 2026 (subject to change). The government anticipates utilizing a competitive source selection approach, Lowest price technically acceptable approach, IAW RFO 15.103-2, for evaluating sources and following contract award procedures found at RFO 12.204 and RFO 36.201-2.
Description of the requirement: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to replace approximately 2,100 SF of the upper section of the roof system of Building 3356. Please review the attached Statement of Objectives for a complete description of the requirement.
Interested small businesses are encouraged to provide survey documentation that supports your company’s capability in meeting the above requirements to the Points of Contacts identified in this notice. Please note that this survey documentation will be for planning purposes only. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of the survey documentation or otherwise pay for the information requested, and responses will be treated as information only and not as a proposal.
