ROOF INSPECTION, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

This is the Pre-solicitation announcement. The solicitation will be issued on or about the date stated below and will be posted via the same site.

This acquisition will be solicited under Invitation for Bids (IFB) W912C326BA002 as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 238160 with a size standard of $19 Million.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan has a requirement for Roof inspection, Repair and Maintenance that includes furnishing all necessary administrative functions, personnel, materials, tools, equipment, services, transportation, and insurance required to perform roof works described in the delivery orders issued by the Contracting Officer (CO) to support services in connection with “Roof Inspection, Repair and Maintenance” for Fort Buchanan Army Reserve Installation, Army Reserve Centers (ARC), and Domestic Department Elementary & Secondary Schools (DDESS), Navy Reserve Center (NRC), AAFES, FMWR and PRANG in USAG Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico” as described herein.

All responsible sources are invited to submit bids under this solicitation.

The solicitation W912C326BA002 will be available on or about 7 October 2025 with a closing date of or about 7 November 2025 (see solicitation for specific dates) posted via sam.gov. NO PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE FURNISHED. A SOLICITATION MAILING LIST WILL NOT BE MAINTAINED FOR THIS PROCUREMENT.

Vendors are responsible for keeping track of the information posted for this solicitation and any amendment issued via SAM. Any Amendments issued shall be signed and submitted with the proposal. Failure to submit Amendments with your proposal may render your proposal not eligible for award.

The requirement package shall be submitted to the place indicated in the solicitation before the date and time indicated in the solicitation. Failure to do so may render your proposal not eligible for consideration for award.
