Bids will be opened for a single prime contract, General Construction. Beginning March

31, 2025, bidding document packages may be viewed and purchased through Avalon Document Services online Planroom website at www.avalonbuff-planroom.com, under

Prebid Meeting

A mandatory pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for April 4th at City Honors, 186 East North Street, Buffalo, NY 14094 at 10:00 am EST. A walkthrough of the site will immediately follow the pre-bid meeting. Attendance at this meeting is recommended as the Owner and Architect will be present to discuss the project. Attendees should anticipate a 30-minute Q&A session. The Architect will transmit a record of addenda in response to questions arising at the pre-bid meeting. Please note that the required bid bond is 10%. The work will be subject to the equal employment opportunity requirements.
