ROUND 11 - DUE 3/27/2025. The City is seeking qualified community-based organizations, local
nonprofits, and consultants to partner with the City of Oakland’s homelessness division to provide
homeless services to Oakland residents and enhance program outcomes. This RFQ replaces the previous
homeless services RFQ which expired on 12/26/2024. Application approvals do not guarantee a
contract with the city. Applicants selected for a contract will work with City staff to develop
relevant scopes of work and an appropriate project budget.
