Sealed bids will be received by Rolla 31 Public School District, 500A Forum Drive, Rolla, MO 65401, until TUESDAY,

OCTOBER 7, 2025, AT 3:00 PM for the ROLLA HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL FIELD UPGRADES. Bids

will be opened publicly at that time.

Information as to bidding instructions and requirements for procuring bidding documents may be obtained from the

Architect.

Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards,

shall be paid all workers employed on this project.

The Board of Education reserves the right to waive technicalities, to select any contractor filing a proposal, and to

reject any or all bids.

A PRE-BID MEETING / SITE WALK-THROUGH OF THE EXISTING HIGH SCHOOL FIELD WILL BE

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2025, FROM 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. WE WILL MEET AT THE HIGH SCHOOL FIELD.

ATTENDANCE AT THE MEETING IS VOLUNTARY.
