Purpose and Description of Services
1. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, supplies, equipment, tools, licenses, permits, travel, disposal fees, and incidentals necessary to provide Replacement and Installation of Roll-Up Doors to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
2. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, for a more complete description of services.
