Roll-Off Containers for Code Enforcement
Aiken County Government is soliciting sealed bids for roll-off containers. Prices must be all inclusive of
delivery, tip fees, etc. The delivery addresses are in various locations throughout Aiken County. The type
of debris will vary and may require delivery to either Barden C&D landfill, Three Rivers or any other
approved facility. Debris description and quantities are based on past experience and do not guarantee
that the debris actually collected will meet these descriptions or quantities.
Debris will be collected from residential property, both real property and mobile homes. Contents of the
dumpsters may contain yard debris, construction debris and or household junk accumulated in/on
properties. Every effort will be made to segregate the debris, but persons not under the control of Aiken
County employees frequently perform the collection. Past experiences are that the containers will be loaded
with between 5 and 10 tons per dumpster.
Placement and removal requests are only valid if made by the Aiken County Code Enforcement
Department. The County is not responsible for any charges incurred by a citizen's request. The placement
of the roll-off must be within 48 hours of request. Removal of the roll off must be within 24 hours of request.
