Synopsis:
|
|
Bids must be submitted and digitally timestamped as received by the undersigned before 2:00pm, Central Standard Time, Thursday February 20th, 2025. Bids will be opened privately as soon as reasonably possible after closing.
Replacement of the air conditioning condensers serving the Eastern additions, as well as the associated cooling coils and interconnecting piping at the Roland Michener School and Lester B. Pearson School.
There is an optional site visit scheduled for Thursday February 6th at 1:30pm at Roland Michener School then immediately after at Lester B Pearson School.
Questions about the tender should be directed to Ryan Johnson at r.johnson@mac-eng.ca. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
