This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by Rocky View County (the “County”) to prequalified bidders to submit bids for Stoney Trail NE and Airport Trail NE Interchange Stage 2 Improvements, as further described in Section 1 of the Scope of Work (Appendix D) (the “Services and Deliverables”).
