Rocky Fork SP Lake Dam Improvements

This project is located near Hillsboro, Highland County, Ohio. To reach the site from Hillsboro take US-50 East for 7 miles, then take North Shore Dr. East for 2.5 miles, access East Shore Drive via OH-753 South, and continue along East Shore Dr. for 1 mile.

The project involves construction of two aggregate access roads, site clearing, exterior and interior concrete repairs, demolition and replacement of the existing slide gate, replacement of interior electrical features, construction of two exterior structures, construction of concrete stairs, and replacement of the dam’s mechanical features. This work includes site restoration and site repair.

All work is to be completed under one Lump Sum and Unit Price General Contract . SubstantialCompletion date for all work under this project is April 30, 2027. Refer to Document 00 52 00, Article 3 – Contract Times for additional requirements.

The foregoing is for the purpose of acquainting prospective bidders with the amount of work involved in this project and is to be used as a guide in requesting documents for this project.
