Rocky Firebase Kitchen Renovation - Warehousing, Facilities & Technical Services

The Province invites formal written proposals for the onsite renovation, construction and additions of a boot room, raised deck, partially covered deck roof extension and food storage area complete with new walk-in cooler and freezer and a new loading dock, all placed on screw piles at the existing Rocky Fire Base Kitchen near Rocky Mountain House. The renovations and construction must be completed, delivered, setup and commissioned by February 26, 2027.

Rocky Fire Base is located 5 km north of Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, at the Rocky Mountain House Airport.

The Proponent must provide evidence of a valid Certificate of Recognition or a valid Temporary Letter of Certification.

The email subject line should indicate that it is a Proposal and include the RFP number and title.

Unless otherwise advised by the Contracting Manager, all questions and any form of communication between the Proponents and the Province in relation to this RFP must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Manager. All questions and responses will be documented.

Questions or concerns must be communicated in writing to the Contracting Manager at least three (3) Business Days prior to the RFP’s Closing Date and Time.

The successful Proponent only is required to submit a performance deposit in the amount of 10% of the Proposal.

Attendance at the session is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
