Rocky Fire Base Landscaping and Concrete Sidewalks

The Province invites formal written proposals to provide labor, equipment and materials for landscaping several areas within Rocky Fire Base and pouring new concrete sidewalks to join existing sidewalks to new buildings and building additions. The project must be completed by November 1, 2026.

Proposals must be submitted electronically, via email, in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat format by the RFP Closing Date and Time to the address indicated. The email subject line should indicate that it is a Proposal and include the RFP number and title.

All questions and any form of communication between the Proponents and the Province in relation to this RFP must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Manager identified above, at least (3) business days prior to the RFP's Closing Date and Time. Questions received after this time will be answered if, in the opinion of the Province, time permits.

A Proponent information session has been scheduled to provide an opportunity for questions or clarification regarding this RFP’s requirements.
