Rockledge Ground Stabilization and Foundation for Driving Range Building
The Town of West Hartford intends to install a covered, 17-bay driving range building with two additional teaching bays; a portion of the building includes restrooms, a snack service area, ball washing station and other amenities. The soils underneath the intended structure consists of non-suitable materials to provide adequate support for the building foundation and structure and requires ground improvement, specifically rammed aggregate piers.
