The Division is in current need of establishing a pool of vendors who can supply high-quality rock and soil products and landscape maintenance tools that are needed to care for over 125 City parks and playing fields. The City intends to award a three-year contract to a qualified bidder whose response conforms to the RFQ and meets the City’s requirements. The estimated total dollar amount for any one year will not exceed $80,000.00 annually. The City makes no guarantee as to the dollar value or orders to be authorized pursuant to the award of multiple contract agreements.
