Deposits for hard copy must be in a form of a check. Please mail all deposit checks to Repro Graphix, Inc.; 437 N. Illinois St.; Indianapolis, IN 46204. Please scan and email a copy of your check once placing your hard copy deposit set order to plans@reprographix.com

Documents returned in good condition within the time allotted or winning bidder can request their deposit check to be returned and must include a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) or UPS account number. If a SASE is not included, the check will be voided.

The Trustees of Purdue University will receive sealed bids for the following project until 10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on the 20th day of November 2025 in the University Services Building 20A, 6924 Wicker Avenue, Hammond, Indiana 46323.

1. Northwest Campus – Hammond – Roberts Impact Lab Phase I - 2025

A $300 deposit will be required for each hardcopy set of bidding documents. One compact disk or download is available at no charge. Postage and handling fee may apply.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting for Project No. 1 will be held on October 28, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. CST. The meeting will be held at the project site located at 5454 Hohman Avenue, Hammond, IN 46320.
