CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed bids for construction phase services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Friday, March 28, 2025. Proposals must be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 ^st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401.  Late Proposals will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The scope of services entails construction phase services entailing the renovation of this 40-year-old park to protect and enhance the headwaters of College Creek and provide improved water access within a community that today has very limited nearby recreational amenities.  This selected contractor will be responsible for completing all work shown within the contract drawings including demolition of the existing park boardwalk, removal of planters and concrete debris, installation of a new ADA accessible pathway, provide new native plantings and install a memorial medallion.

Interested parties are invited to attend a virtual pre-proposal conference at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 local time.   Meeting attendees will access the virtual meeting through either the provided web portal link or by phone.
