The Pacific Grove Unified School District is requesting bids for:
Elementary Fire Alarm Upgrade
Call for Bids (CFB) must be received prior to 11:00 AM., on April 9, 2026. CFB's must
be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked with the Name and Address of the bidder and the Bid
Number and Project Title, and returned to the Pacific Grove Unified School District, District
Office at 435 Hillcrest Ave, Pacific Grove, CA 93950.
Bids received later than the designated time and specified date will be returned to the bidder
unopened. Emails or Facsimile (FAX) copies of the proposal will not be accepted. The District
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any combination thereof and to waive
any informality in the bidding process. Bids will be opened at the District Office at 11:15AM on
4/9/2026.
There will be a mandatory site visit on March 26, 2026, from 2:30PM to 3:30PM. Bidders
should meet at the front of the school, located at 485 Pine Ave, Pacific Grove, CA 93950
