1. TheundersignedBIDDERproposesandagrees,ifthisBidisaccepted,toenterintoanagreementwiththe
CityofMansfield(HEREINAFTERREFERREDTOASOWNER)intheformincludedintheContractDocuments
toperformandfurnishallWorkasspecifiedorindicatedintheContractDocumentsfortheContractPrice
andwithintheContractTimeindicatedinthisBidandinaccordancewiththeothertermsandconditionsof
theContractDocuments.
2. BIDDERacceptsallofthetermsandconditionsoftheadvertisementorInvitationtoBidandInstructionsto
Bidders,includingwithoutlimitationthosedealingwiththedispositionofBidsecurity.ThisBidwillremain
subjecttoacceptancefor45daysafterthedayofBidopening.BIDDERwillsignandsubmittheAgreement
withtheBondsandotherdocumentsrequiredbythebiddingrequirementswithin15daysafterthedateof
OWNER'SNoticeofAward.
3. InsubmittingthisBid,Bidderrepresents,asmorefullysetforthintheAgreement,that:
a. BIDDERhasexaminedcopiesofalltheBiddingDocumentsandofthefollowingAddenda(receiptof
allwhichisherebyacknowledged):

locality,andalllocalconditions,laws,andregulationsthatinanymannermayaffectcost,progress,

c. BIDDERhasgivenCITYOFMANSFIELD,ENGINEER,orLANDSCAPEARCHITECTwrittennoticeofall
conflicts,errorsordiscrepanciesthatithasdiscoveredintheContractDocumentsandthewritten
resolutionthereofbyCITYOFMANSFIELD,ENGINEER,orLANDSCAPEARCHITECTisacceptableto
BIDDER.
4. This bid is genuine and not made in the interest of or on behalf of any undisclosed person, firm or
corporation and is not submitted in conformity with any agreement or rules of any group, association,
organization or other corporation; BIDDER has not directly or indirectly induced or solicited any other BIDDER
to submit a false or sham Bid; BIDDER has not solicited or induced any person, firm or corporation to refrain
from bidding; and BIDDER has not sought by collusion to obtain for itself any advantage over any other
BIDDER or over OWNER.
5. BIDDER will complete the Work for the prices indicated in the above schedule.
6. BIDDER acknowledges that the quantities indicated in the above schedule are not guaranteed and may be
changed to conform to the Work. BIDDER has read Paragraph 11.03 of the Supplementary Conditions and
understands that the quantities shown in the previous schedule and as modified by change order will be the
actual quantities paid by the OWNER for the completion of the work.
7. BIDDER agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within 180 calendar days from the date when the
contract time commences to run.
8. The terms used in this Bid, which are defined in the General Conditions of Agreement and included as part of
the Contract Documents, have the meanings assigned to them in the General Conditions.
