Roadwork-Sheetpile Geohazard Repair of a Landslide on Highway 312-01 west of Wakaw
Synopsis:

This is an advance notice of a procurement opportunity for interested Contractors. Please note that all quantities and project details are subject to change. This tender is expected to be released in late December 2025 or early January 2026.This tender will have a shortened advertising period and will have an early completion date. Tender documents will be added to Sasktenders when available. The Ministry reserves the right to not proceed with advertising this work.

Description of the Procurement: The Ministry intends to release a tender for a sheetpile geohazard repair of a landslide on Highway 312-01 west of Wakaw. The project includes the addition of steel sheet piles to stabilize the highway embankment. The details are shown in the Advance Procurement Notice posted below.

Sub-Base Course In Place, Contractor Supply : 3 600 t
Granular Base Course In Place, Contractor Supply : 600 t
Random Riprap Type 2: 250 m3
Supply And Install Silt Fence: 100 m
Supply And Install Erosion Control Blanket: 1 800 m2

Deposit with each Tender - 5% of total bid

Bidders may request a debriefing session from Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement by emailing constructionsbp@gov.sk.ca within 30 days after the award notification date. The intention of the debriefing is to aid the Bidder by identifying areas of improvement that may be applied to subsequent procurement opportunities.
