Roadway Sign Maintenance Continuing Contract

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (herein after “District”, “Owner” and “CFTOD”) is a Special Taxing District that serves as a local government entity. The District is responsible for its public infrastructure including, but not limited to roads, bridges, and water control system.

As part of maintaining the infrastructure, the District is seeking the assistance of two contractors to provide general sign installation, repair and maintenance services throughout the District. In addition, this contract shall serve to provide the District with emergency response for minor repairs.

The specific scope of work shall be set forth in individual Task Work Authorizations issued by the Owner. The Contractor shall submit to the Owner’s Representative a proposal in response to any such request using the rates as determined in this solicitation. This initial 3-year contract may be renewed for an additional two-year term provided the Contractor performs to the satisfaction of the District.
