Roadway & Sidewalk Material Supplies

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed bids for the City of Annapolis Department of Public Works delivery and supply of roadway and sidewalk material supplies until 2:00 p.m., local time, Friday, September 22, 2023. Proposals shall be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 ^st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401.

The goods and services includes, supply and delivery of the following products: 1.) #57’s Aggregate, 2.) #67’s Aggregate, 3.) Asphalt Cement Mixtures, 4.) Bank Run, 5.) Crusher Run Aggregate, 6.) Crusher Run Aggregate, Recycle, 7.) Sand & Gravel Mixture 12 / 8 Ratio, & 8.) Screen Top Soil. Adherence to local, state and federal environmental and safety requirements and City of Annapolis procedures will be additional specifications, terms and conditions to the issued contract(s).

Multiple awards may be issued through this solicitation based on individual items or combination of items based on the most responsive and responsible aggregate price and/or best meet the City’s requirements
