2026 Roadway Repairs and Resurfacing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Nolensville is now accepting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for 2026 Roadway Repairs and Resurfacing Program. The project includes milling and resurfacing of multiple roadways, asphalt repairs, curb and gutter work, and associated incidental work as outlined in the bid documents and plans.

Proposal Submission Deadline:
Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Time. Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered.
Proposals will be publicly opened on the same day.

SUBMITTAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “ Proposal for 2026 Roadway Repairs and Resurfacing ” and delivered or mailed to:
Nolensville Town Hall
Attn: Montique Luster, Town Recorder

Nolensville, TN 37135

The Town of Nolensville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the citizens of Nolensville, Tennessee.

The Town will maintain a list of all questions and responses, which will be periodically distributed as addenda and posted on the Town’s website. Questions received after 4:00 PM CST on April 14, 2026, will not be answered. Responses to questions will be issued as written addenda and posted on the Town’s website. A final addendum, if necessary, will be posted on or before 4:00 PM Central Time on April 20, 2026.

A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required, and all work shall be completed in accordance with the specifications outlined in the Request for Proposal.
