In accordance with M.G.L. c30 §39M, the City of Watertown is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to perform ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION on SPRINGFIELD STREET AND FOREST STREET. Qualified contractors are requested to submit proposals in accordance with the Instructions within this Invitation for Bids (IFB).
