Roadway and Pavement Assessment

The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia (“the Owner”) seeks proposals from interested qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for pavement condition assessment, analysis services, Traffic Striping condition assessment, and analysis services of county-owned roads. The assessments will be performed by the Contractor using the County’s GIS Network. The County reserves the right to award all, or only a portion of, the services described in this Invitation for Bid, whichever is deemed to be most advantageous and in the best interest of the County.

Glynn County requests an Inventory of hard-surfaced roadways under the authority of the County and to have the selected firm Perform a condition and distress assessment of all inventoried, hard-surface roadways and traffic striping condition assessment.
