NOTICE INVITING BIDS (NOTICE)

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "City") requests bids for ROADWAY MARKINGS AND MATERIALS PROCUREMENT (hereinafter “Project”) and will receive bids in the office of Boyd Service Center 520 S Tracy Blvd. 95376, ATTN: John Newman, Operations Superintendent, up to the hour of 2 p.m. (Pacific Standard), October 27, 2025.

2. The services to be performed by the successful proposer(s) are described in the Notice Inviting Bids (which is attached). Copies of the Notice are available at the Public Works Department and online at www.cityoftracy.org/government/rfp-notices . Any questions should be directed to Public Works Accounts Payable, at PWAP@cityoftracy.org no later than 2 p.m., October 23, 2025.

3. Bids shall be submitted and clearly marked on the outside of a sealed envelope as follows: “SEALED BID FOR ROADWAY MARKINGS AND MATERIALS PROCUREMENT – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.”
   

4. All responsive submittals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City to determine which bidder best meets the City’s needs by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services. The criteria by which the City shall evaluate submittals are outlined in this Notice.
   

5. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals or waive any irregularities in any submittal, this Notice, or the submittal process.
