Roadside & All Terrian Mowing Services

The City of Westfield invites sealed bids for “As Needed Roadside & All Terrian Mowing” of various tree belts on city owned property. Specifications may be received at, and bids are to be sent to the Purchasing Director’s Office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085, clearly marked on the outside of envelope: “As Needed Roadside &all Terrain Mowing- Bid #27-003”. Bids will be publicly opened and read in the office of the Purchasing Director on September 3, 2026 at 2:00 pm. If for any reason City Hall is closed due to an unforeseen circumstance, the bid opening will be held on the next business day at the same time. No bids will be accepted after the above stated date and hour. The Purchasing Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award parts of the order to separate bidders if it appears to be in the public interest to do so. A Massachusetts Department of Public Safety 4G Hoisting Engineers license is required to operate a telescoping boom mower.
